Jose Carlos Hernandez is Director of Latin American operations for Performance Priorities International, Inc.. Jose Carlos is a graduate of Iberoamericana University with a B.A. in Psychology. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration. Jose Carlos is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
Jose Carlos has over 15 years of professional experience focused in three major areas: Training, Organization Development, and Management Development. He has designed, produced and delivered programs for over fifty organizations in Mexico and other countries in Latin America.
During his career with Kimberly Clark, he served as Corporate Human Resources Manager.
Since 1990 he has represented Training House, Inc. of Princeton, New Jersey and Performance Priorities, Inc., translating, customizing, and marketing in Mexico, Spain and Latin America.
