As an entrepreneur, business analyst, health care planner and community facilitator, Debra has almost 20 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, business management, and market research and implementation. She provides services to a broad range of clients in the health care, civic and community development, manufacturing, food service, advertising and transportation industries, as well as non-profit agencies and organizations.
Her unique style of participative planning engages an organization and their stakeholders in the development of a successful future, based on customer input and feedback. She can teach an organization to build an internal planning and research function that they can manage independently over the long run. Debra offers:

Her professional experience includes teaching Marketing and Planning courses at Mercyhurst College and Gannon University. She has also directed and implemented leadership development courses in community based leadership programs in addition to directing the market research and planning departments for Hamot Health Foundation and Corry Regional Health Systems.
Debra has undergone advanced training in Strategic Planning, Facilitation, Quantitative and Qualitative Market Research, Total Quality Management, as well as Systems Thinking Tools and Processes. Committed to continuous education and learning, Debra has conducted numerous workshops and presentations including the OptionFinder User's Group Conference in 1996 and the International Association of Facilitator's Conference in 1998.
